This three story home with ELEVATOR comfortably sleeps 14 so it is perfect for family reunions. Lots of sunshine sparkles inside thru the many windows and it is right on the beach. Open and spacious floor plan--extra amenities such as balconies in the front and rear of the home both upstairs and downstairs, an elevator, intercom system, fireplaces in the great room and in the master bedroom, ceiling fans, lots of big TVs, VHS/DVD’s, stereo, Jacuzzi soaking tubs (one downstairs and one in the upstairs master bath), dual vanities in the bathrooms, and a full size washer and dryer located on the second floor.


	Plenty of seating for large groups in the kitchen and dining area of Day Dreams rental beach house.








The carport easily holds a capacity for covered parking for up to 6 cars.	Full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
Enjoy the surf and white sugar sands of Gulf Shores beaches. There is less traffic and noise on Fort Morgan Road than just about anywhere along Alabama's Gulf Coast. Please note: Rental prices vary by season, please call, This home rents from Saturday till Saturday only during the Spring and Summer months. A $1,000 deposit is required and payment in full is required by check four weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable and will be returned by check within 14 days of your departure. Many people do not know that Alabama even has beaches, but Alabama has the most beautiful white sugar sand beaches around. The weather is glorious, the area is full of golf courses, and the Alabama Gulf Coast has been a steady award winner in family beach vacation categories. Gulf Shores is the original and most well known part of the beach, Orange Beach has been more recently developed and Perdido Key is right next to Orange Beach. We do not have nearly the traffic problems that the Destin area seems to have now-a-days. The prices are very reasonable down in Dixie, the weather is exceptional, and the people are the friendliest ever !
