If shaving your legs 'all the way up' has resulted   breakouts of little red bumps up high, we have found a great product to stop this--you can get it at the local Rite-Aid drugstore in Gulf Shores on them men's shaving isle.  Called- "High Time Bump Stopper-2 Double Strength" in a little white jar with a photo of a black man on the cardboard box. Cost is about $6 and worth it. It is basically odorless and colorless and you only need use a small amount. It works better and better with continued use.

If seeing all these lovely ladies in bikinis at the beach gets you to thinking of 'self-improvement'--we can recommend a fun to read book that we picked up here at a local bookshop:

	Two Girlfriends Get Real about Cosmetic Surgery--a woman to woman guide to today's popular cosmetic procedures. It is written by a plastic surgeon's wife and one of their best customers. The show befores and afters, talk about pros and cons and costs. They SHOULD KNOW this stuff !!
This inexpensive & fun to read book has gotten a 5 star rating by customers reviews on the Amazon site.

The Burke's Outlet in the Trends & Trees shopping center in Foley has great deals on swim suits in summer. Kinda like TJ Max--expensive brands sold for about $20. On Mondays everyone over 50 yrs. gets 10% off. Burkes gets a new shipment every Monday, but it takes them several days to get it all on the floor.
